Food is a power word that can easily put a smile on your face and cooking is an art that bring fortune to those who know how to do it. Being brought up in a family where there is no barrier in experimenting with food, I started at a very young age. My blog consists of allowing people to experience cooking as a social experiments, this means, I found that cooking together brings people together and I want to share the culture with the world. The simple task of making a home-made meal as a team can generate a lot of happiness and conversation into one family. The kitchen becomes like a televised cookery show where participate in their own possible ways.

I have been very much intrigued by various cooking shows like MasterChef, cooking and food hacks and countless chefs like Jaime Oliver and Gordon Ramsay  through my journey with food. I have learnt a lot about preparation, cooking, cleaning and storing, before, during and after cooking and my purpose of this blog is to put it out in the world. I started following many chefs and would always attempt to re-create the dishes they made. My mother’s kitchen turned into both heaven and hell during vacations and I could not have enough of it. One chef that inspired me a lot was Gordon Ramsay, not only he is a celebrity chef but is one of a kind. He is a Michelin decorated chef with a wild mouth, but not only is he good at cursing you, his skills can but a magician to retire. He is one daring soul that not only took the world by storm with his successes but has had countless failures as well.

Being able to unite the family as a whole and all of them contributing towards making something as good as food is extraordinary. In France cooking is considered a social experiment whereby it unites people to cook and eat together and share part of themselves while eating together. Writing about food, recipes and chefs truly got the sweetness to my heart. A part of me dwells in those recipes and I believe it narrates the story of my countless kitchen failures and pinch of successes. I want to convey the various emotions through my recipes and the heart-warming moments that one can re-create in the heart of their homes, their kitchen.
